and sells our products/services to you subject to
the conditions set out on this page.
Please read these conditions carefully before using
the FORMit.ie website. By using the FORMit.ie website,
you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
In addition, when you use any current or future FORMit.ie
service, you will also be subject to the guidelines
and conditions applicable to that service.
1. Conditions Relating to Your
Use of FORMit.ie
• In the context of the internet and the website,
the name 'FormIt.ie', refers to FormIt or FORMit
Limited and gives no person, firm or body the right
to use any of these names, in any format for any reason.
• All fees for companies ordered, or any work
carried out by FORMit.ie, shall be outstanding on
the date of order. All fees paid by cheque must be
payable to “FORMit.ie or FORMit or FORMit
Limited only. Cheques must be drawn on a bank in the
Republic of Ireland only. Where the customer is a
firm of professionally qualified solicitors or accountants,
payment shall be due 20 days after the date of invoice.
Cheques for any other orders received must be cleared
prior to work being commenced.
• FORMit.ie shall only be liable to the Customer
for any non-compliance, misrepresentation or mis-compliance
with the instructions given to it, if it is proved
that the same was caused by the wilful neglect or
wilful default of FORMit.ie or its employees. The
extent of FORMit.ie’s liability in respect of
such non-compliance, misrepresentation or mis-compliance
shall not exceed the amount of the Contract Price
and in no circumstances will FormIt.ie be liable for
any consequential loss or loss of profits howsoever
arising as a result of the above.
• FormIt.ie will not be responsible for any
other loss to customers due to orders being rejected
by the CRO.
• FormIt.ie reserves the right to add additional
fees to any order being placed that involves the first
Annual Returns to be made. This will only materialise
if the company being formed changes its original structure
and therefore involves additional work. This fee will
be issued to the customer and only on receiving the
payment will FormIt.ie make the first Annual Return.
Any penalties issued will be in the name of the company
and FormIt.ie holds no responsibility for same.
2. Your Details
Please ensure that the details you provide us with
are correct and complete and inform us immediately
of any changes to the information that you provided
when ordering. FormIt.ie reserves the right to refuse
access to the website, remove or edit content, or
cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order,
it will be without charge to you.
3. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs
your visit to FormIt.ie, to understand our procedures.
4. Access to FormIt.ie
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability
of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions
will be error-free. However, due to the nature of
the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your
access to the website may also be occasionally suspended
or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or
the introduction of new facilities or services. We
will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of
any such suspension or restriction.
5. Licence for website access
FormIt.ie grants you a limited licence to access and
make personal use of this website, but not to download
other than page caching, or modify it, or any portion
of it, except with express written consent of FormIt.ie.
This licence does not include any resale or commercial
use of this website or its contents; any collection
and use of any product listings, descriptions, or
prices; any derivative use of this website or its
contents; any downloading or copying of information
for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of
data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and
extraction tools.
This website or any portion of this website may not
be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited,
or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose
without our express written consent.
You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose
any logo, or other proprietary information (including
images, text, page layout, or form) of FormIt.ie without
express written consent. You may not use any meta
tags or any other "hidden text" utilising
FormIt.ie’s name without the express written
consent of FormIt.ie. Any unauthorised use terminates
the permission or license granted by FormIt.ie
You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive
right to create a hyperlink to the Welcome page of
FormIt.ie as long as the link does not portray FormIt.ie
or products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory,
or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any
FormIt.ie logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark
as part of the link without our express written consent.
6. Your conduct
You must not use the website for any of the following:
• for fraudulent purposes, or in connection
with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity
• to send, use or reuse any material that is
illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory,
obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, trademark,
confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise
injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which
consists of or contains software viruses, political
campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters,
mass mailings or any "spam"
• to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless
anxiety
7. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from
FormIt.ie, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt
of your order and containing the details of your order
and any attachments that you need to print off and
sign. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase
a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail
confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product
to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time
we send the Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products
on the same order which we have not confirmed in a
Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not
form part of that contract.
8. Other businesses
We provide links to the websites of companies and
other related businesses. We are not responsible for
examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant or
endorse the offerings of any of these businesses or
individuals, or the content of their websites. FormIt.ie
does not assume any responsibility or liability for
the actions, products, and content of any of these
and any other third-parties. You should carefully
review the privacy statements of other websites and
other terms and conditions.
9. Electronic communications
When you visit FormIt.ie or send e-mails to us, you
are communicating with us electronically. We communicate
with you by e-mail. For contractual purposes, you
consent to receive communications from us electronically
and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures
and other communications that we provide to you electronically
satisfy any legal requirement that such communications
be in writing. This condition does not affect your
statutory rights.
10. Losses and refund policy
applicable to all contracts
FormIt.ie will be responsible for any losses you suffer
as a result of us breaching these conditions if the
losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and
us when you commenced using the website, or a contract
for the sale of goods/services by us to you was formed.
We will not be responsible for any business loss (including
loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings,
data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other
indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably
foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced
using the website or when a contract for the sale
of goods/services by us to you was formed. FormIt.ie
does not limit in any way our liability by law for
death or personal injury caused from our negligence
or breach of duty.
Neither products nor services can be cancelled by
the customer after papers have been appropriately
lodged with the relevant Registrar. If the proposed
name is rejected and additional substitute names acceptable
to the Registrar are not, provided by the customer
to FormIt.ie after a reasonable period, we reserve
the right to cancel the order. In such circumstances
FormIt.ie will return the customer’s funds less
a deduction for an administration fee. Until a proposed
company is duly formed, all completed forms and papers
provided by FormIt.ie shall remain the property of,
and under the control of, FormIt.ie.
11. Alteration of Service or
Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes (including pricing
information) to our website, policies, and these Terms
and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to
the policies and the Conditions of the Terms and Conditions
in force at the time that you use the website or which
you order items/services from us, unless any change
to those policies or these conditions is required
to be made by law or government authority (in which
case it will apply to orders previously placed by
you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid,
void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition
will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity
and enforceability of any remaining condition.
12. Events beyond our reasonable
control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure
to comply with our obligations under these conditions
if the delay or failure arises from any cause which
is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does
not affect your statutory rights.
13. Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action,
we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies
in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

or error-free. FormIt.ie does not represent or warrant
that this website, computers or its servers(s) are
free of viruses or other harmful components.
16. Limitation of Liability.
In no event shall FormIt.ie be liable for any direct,
special, indirect or consequential damages, or other
damages of any kind, including but not limited to
loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, whether
in an action in contract, tort (including but not
limited to negligence), or otherwise, arising out
of any way connected with the use of this website
or the materials contained in, or accessed through,
this website.
17. Applicable Law
The laws of the Ireland shall govern the construction
and interpretation of the Terms and Conditions and
the rights of the parties hereunder. By accessing
and/or placing orders under this website, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound
by these Terms and Conditions and by all applicable
laws and regulations. Visitors who do not agree with
these Terms and Conditions should not access or place
orders through this website.
18. Termination
Notwithstanding any of these Terms and Conditions,
FormIt.ie reserves the right, without notice and in
its sole discretion, to terminate your license to
use this website, and to block or prevent future access
to and use of this website.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall
be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable,
then that provision shall be deemed severable from
these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the
validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
20. Domain Registration
By ordering an .ie domain name from FORMit, you automatically
accept our Terms and Conditions. For further information
on the service provider’s domain registration see the registration rules page:

We act as agents and register .ie domain names for
one year only on behalf of our customers. FORMit does
not claim ownership of any such .ie domain name.
All fees paid to FORMit for domain name purchase are
non-refundable.
Any .ie domain orders paid for by cheque will not
be processed or registered until the cheque has been
cleared. It should be noted that your .ie domain is
not actually registered until you receive confirmation
of registration.
Should your proposed .ie domain name as indicated
on your order form completed either as part of a company
formation, or business registration name package,
not be available, we will aim to register an alternative
name following consultation with you. However, should
you decide that you do not wish to purchase an alternative
name following refusal of your original proposal,
your costs may be refunded, assuming no costs have
been incurred by FORMit.ie.
Having received confirmation that an .ie domain name
has been registered on your behalf by FORMit.ie, the
next step is for you to contact Blacknight directly
in order to transfer, re-point, renew or deal with
other administrative issues as may be required. The
fee charged by FORMit.ie for an .ie domain name covers
a one-year period only.
